摘要: 近年来,高精度三维地震采集项目在东濮地区的实施过程中,地震队施工接收道数由以往的1000道左右增加到4000道以上,甚至上万道。同时配套的人力资源和生产设备也迅速增长,这些变化给采集施工方法的实施和人员设备的管理带来极大困难。针对高精度三维地震采集施工中存在的设备众多、人员密集、束线管理和钻井补炮等问题,提出了人员设备管理体制创新、排列横向管理、单束线执行率等新的管理观念,经过实践,提高了资料质量和施工效率。

Abstract: During the operation of high precision 3D acquisition projects in Dongpu area in the past few years, the number of channels for one crew has been increased from 1,000 to 4,000, even 10,000. Meanwhile, corresponding human resource and equipment are soaring. These changes have brought great difficulties in the implementation of acquisition and the management of human and equipment. In view of the problems exist in high-precision 3D seismic acquisition, such as more labors and equipment, swath management, and re-shot drilling, new concepts are put forward including human and equipment management, cross line array management, one swath executing rate. The quality and operation efficiency has been improved in practice
