四川盆地页岩气开发套管变形一体化防控技术

摘要: 针对四川盆地长宁—威远国家级页岩气示范区开发过程中出现的套管变形问题,提出了地质工程一体化防控技术。在流体通道—断层激活模型的基础上,结合断层滑动力学条件和定量风险评估方法(QRA),对套管变形风险段进行预测;分析断层滑动和套管相互作用的规律,用“以柔克刚”的方法对套管变形进行预防;基于套管变形井微地震特征,压裂实时监测微地震信号,对套管变形进行预警;基于流体通道和压裂模型,可通过优化压裂施工参数和多簇射孔+暂堵孔眼工艺对套管变形进行控制。综合起来,形成了钻前预测、压前预防、压裂预警和压裂控制的一体化套管变形防控策略,为解决页岩气开发套管变形问题提供了依据。

Abstract: With regard to the casing deformation in shale gas development wells in Changning-Weiyuan national demonstration area in Sichuan Basin, an integrated prevention and control technology is proposed. By using the fl uid channel-fault activation model and combining with mechanics condition of fault slip and quantitative risk assessment (QRA), the section with casing deformation risk is predicted; The law of interaction between fault slip and casing is analyzed to prevent casing deformation by method of “overcoming hardness with softness”;The microseismic characteristics are analyzed in wells with casing deformation, and the microseismic signals are monitored in real time during fracturing, so as to early warn the casing deformation; Based on fl uid channel and fracturing model, casing deformation is controlled by optimizing fracturing parameters and technology of multi-cluster perforation + temporary plugging. To sum up, an integrated casing deformation prevention and control strategy is formed, including pre-drilling prediction, pre-fracturing prevention, early warning and control in fracturing, which provides a basis for solving the problem of casing deformation in shale gas development wells.
