中国石化华东南川区块、华北彬长区块钻井工程日费制管理体系实践

摘要: 当前中国石化钻井工程普遍采用大包制管理模式,针对该模式下作业风险较高的油气井存在的非生产时效高、钻井周期长、新技术应用程度低、甲方技术管理弱化等问题开展研究,形成了“1纲领+1核心+2配套+1平台”的中国石化钻井工程日费制管理体系,并在华东南川区块和华北彬长区块进行了应用。利用钻井工程日费制管理体系和技术融合的优势,针对华东南川区块和华北彬长区块普遍存在的地层可钻性差、机械钻速低、漏失风险高、坍塌掉块严重等复杂技术难题,形成了基于人工智能的钻井提速技术、失返性漏失地层随钻测量技术、低黏高切油基钻井液技术、强封堵强抑制成膜防塌钻井液技术等钻井示范技术。技术成果解决了制约钻井提速的技术难题,在华东南川区块和华北彬长区块应用3口井,直接创效335万元,可为钻井工程日费制管理体系在中国石化及国内其他石油公司推广提供参考经验。

Abstract: At present, the management mode of turnkey drilling contract is generally adopted by Sinopec. In terms of the problems in high-risk wells by using this mode, such as long non-production time, long drilling cycle, low application of new technology and weak technical management of oil company, an innovative day rate management system of drilling engineering has been developed with “1 program + 1 core + 2 supporting measures + 1 platform”, which has been applied in Nanchuan block of Sinopec East China Oil & Gas Company and Binchang block of Sinopec North China Oil & Gas Company. By considering the common complex technical problems in the two blocks, such as poor drillability, low ROP, high lost circulation, and severe wellbore collapse, day rate contract management mode and technology are integrated to form a series of drilling engineering demonstration technologies, including the artificial intelligence based drilling speed up technology, measurement while drilling technology in total loss formation, low-viscosity and high shear oil-base drilling fluid system, as well as strong plugging, high inhibition, film-forming, and anti-collapse drilling fluid system, which support to solve the technical problems restricting ROP acceleration. The application in three wells in Nanchuan block of East China Oil & Gas Company and Bingchang block of North China Oil & Gas Company has delivered direct benefit of 335 million RMB, which provide reference experience for the promotion of day rate contract management system of drilling engineering in Sinopec and other domestic oil companies.
