摘要: 潘庄煤层气田是我国煤层气产量最高的气田,发育多套煤层,具有埋深浅、厚度大、含气量高、渗透性好等优越地质条件,煤层气资源丰富。在开发过程中,面临3号煤层开发主体技术效果不佳、产量递减、15号煤层开发未突破等技术难题。针对这些问题,在前期地质、工程认识的基础上,充分利用现有地震、煤田钻孔、煤层气钻探等资料,深入研究各煤层地质特征,开展厚、薄煤互层综合地质评价技术研究,探索适用于厚、薄煤层的煤层气勘探开发技术及脱硫技术,建立地质工程一体化协同工作平台。通过工程反复试验、不同井型比选,攻克了厚、薄煤互层勘探开发技术瓶颈,形成了4项煤层气开发技术:厚、薄煤互层综合地质评价技术、厚煤层主体单支水平井开发技术、15号煤层脱硫开发技术、薄煤层多层合采开发技术,建立了最优的立体开发模式,使低品位、难动用资源实现低成本、高效开采。

Abstract: Panzhuang CBM Field has the highest CBM production in China. Multi set coal seams are developed, with superior geological conditions such as shallow burial depth, large thickness, high gas content, and high permeability, as well as abundant CBM resources. In the process of CBM development, a series of technical diffi culties occurred, such as poor production result of the main No. 3 coal seam, rapid decline, and no breakthrough in development of No. 15 coal seam. In view of these problems, geological characteristics of each coal seam are studied in detail, geological evaluation technology of thick and thin coal interbeds is researched, CBM exploration and development technologies for thick and thin coal interbeds and desulfurization are researched, and cooperative work platform is established with geology and engineering integration. This study is based on the early geological and engineering knowledge, and makes full use of the existing seismic data, coalfi eld boreholes, and CBM wells data. The repeated engineering tests and comparison of different well types enable to develop four series of CBM exploration and development technology for thick and thin coal interbeds, including comprehensive geological evaluation,
development of single lateral horizontal well for thick coal seam, desulfurization development of No. 15 coal seam, and commingle production of multi-layer thin coal seams, and establish the optimal stereoscopic CBM development mode, which realize the low-cost and high-effi ciency production of low-grade and diffi cult-to-utilize resources.
