沁水盆地煤层气水平井产能影响因素分析——以樊庄区块水平井开发示范工程为例

摘要: 多分支水平井是近年来发展起来的煤层气开发新技术,从沁水盆地南部已实施的60多口水平井开发效果来看,单井产量差异较大。以华北油田在樊庄区块水平井开发实践为基础,通过对单井地质条件、钻井工程和排采控制3个方面的综合研究,认为煤层含气量高低、钻井进尺多少、分支展布是否合理,以及排采过程的连续性是影响煤层气水平井产能的主要因素。根据地质条件优化井位部署和分支轨迹设计,水平分支的钻井过程注重储层保护,是煤层气水平井实现高产的重要保障。

Abstract: Horizontal multi-branch well technology is a newly developed one for CBM development. It has been applied to more than 60 horizontal wells in southern Qinshui Basin, which shows that single well production varies a lot. Based on horizontal well development in Fanzhuang Block, gas content, drilling footage, branch spread and drainage continuity are considered to be major factors influencing production of horizontal wells, through comprehensively analyzing geological conditions, drill project and drainage control of individual wells. It is critical to increase CBM production of horizontal wells by optimizing well location and branch trajectory, and protecting reservoirs during drilling.
