摘要/Abstract

摘要： 简要介绍了工程技术监督的概念,阐述了石油工程技术监督的法制性、技术性和管理性这三个基本特性,分析了石油工程技术监督在油气勘探中的重要作用。最后,从人性化管理、资源的科学配置及有效发挥第三方力量的角度,分析了石油工程技术监督管理的未来发展方向,并提出了未来石油勘探工程技术监督管理方面的建设性意见。

Abstract: The concept of technical supervision is introduced in brief, the three basic characteristics of technical supervision in petroleum engineering, i.e. legal, technical and administrative characteristics are discussed, and the important role of technical supervision in petroleum engineering is analyzed. At the end, the development direction of technical supervision in petroleum engineering is analyzed from the perspectives of humanmanagement, resource allocation and effective use of the third-party. Furthermore, important suggestions are presented for technical supervision in petroleum exploration engineering in the future
