摘要: 基于中国石化先导项目《勘探井位部署辅助决策系统研究》,根据石油行业勘探井位部署工作对勘探信息的综合需求,提出设计一整套勘探井位部署决策支持解决方案,充分利用勘探数据库及信息技术,搭建一个勘探信息综合应用的数据管理、数据查询与可视化展示一体化平台,为研究人员提供项目研究所需的数据支持与成果资料的管理、共享;为管理部门提供流程管理和及时掌握项目进度,提高项目管理水平及工作效率;为决策人员采用方便直观的方式提供准确可靠的决策依据,降低决策风险,提升决策水平。数据库技术在油田勘探井位部署决策中的应用为今后石油行业勘探领域改变传统的工作流程与模式、有效推动勘探整体水平的提高探索了一条可行之路,对于国内石油勘探行业具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Based on SINOPEC's pilot project -Study on Exploration Well Deployment Decision Support System-, according to the comprehensive requirement of exploration well deployment work of the petroleum industry for exploration information, a set of exploration well deployment decision support solutions are proposed. By fully using exploration database and information technology, a comprehensive exploration information application platform that integrates g data management, data inquiry, and visual display is built to provide researchers with useful data, enable the management department to master the project flow without delay, offer decision makers accurate and reliable basis to make decisions with great convenience, low risk and high efficiency. On the basis of the application of database technology to exploration well deployment decision in oilfield, it gets feasible to transform traditional work flow and patterns in exploration domains of petroleum industry and promote the overall level of exploration with high efficiency. It has a definite value as reference to domestic oil exploration industry
